No Refund Policy
Once your WhatsApp API account is connected with our platform and integration is successfully activated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
This policy is in place because system resources, API credentials, and WhatsApp Business configurations are allocated and billed immediately upon activation.
Before API Connection
If you have made a payment but have not yet connected your WhatsApp API with our software, you may request a refund within 48 hours of payment. Refunds during this stage will be subject to a 10% processing fee to cover payment gateway and administrative costs.
Service Activation
By completing the API setup and integration process, you acknowledge that:
- The software and API services are deemed “delivered and consumed”.
- WhatsApp Business API setup involves non-reversible configurations tied to your number and business account.
- Our system usage (e.g., message templates, campaigns, chatbot configurations, etc.) begins immediately after activation.
Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in the following rare cases:
- Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
- Payment deducted but subscription not activated due to a verified system fault on our end.
All such claims must be submitted in writing to [support@yourdomain.com] within 7 days of the transaction.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing. However, no partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.
Agreement
By purchasing, connecting, or using our API-integrated WhatsApp automation platform, you agree to this No Refund Policy and acknowledge that setup, API, and activation costs are non-recoverable.
