The business details and WhatsApp numbers you provide are accurate and verifiable.

Service Description

Our platform provides WhatsApp Business API-based automation solutions for:

  • Sending automated or broadcast messages
  • Managing customer communication
  • Building chatbots and campaigns
  • Integrating WhatsApp with websites, CRMs, and eCommerce platforms

All services depend on successful connection and verification of your WhatsApp Business API account.

Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Create an account with valid contact and business details
  • Securely maintain your login credentials
  • Be responsible for all actions performed under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be involved in spam, abuse, or policy violations.

WhatsApp Business API Integration

When you connect your WhatsApp Business API:

  • You authorize us to access your business account for message routing, automation, and analytics.
  • You agree to Meta’s WhatsApp Business Terms and Commerce Policy.
  • Once your WhatsApp number is successfully integrated, no refunds can be issued (see Refund Policy).

You are solely responsible for:

  • Compliance with WhatsApp messaging rules
  • Avoiding spam or unsolicited communications
  • Maintaining your WhatsApp Business Account in good standing

Any violation of WhatsApp or Meta policies can result in suspension or permanent account removal.

Payments & Subscriptions

  • All payments must be made through our authorized payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, etc.).
  • Subscription plans are billed as per the chosen duration (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
  • Once the WhatsApp API is connected, no refunds or cancellations are allowed.
  • Failure to renew your subscription may lead to account suspension or message delivery interruption.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our platform for:

  • Sending spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or harmful content
  • Harassment, threats, fraud, or misinformation
  • Promotion of illegal, adult, or discriminatory material
  • Violating Meta’s Commerce or Business Policy
  • Interfering with the security or performance of our system

Violating these terms may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

Data Privacy & Protection

We handle user data with utmost confidentiality and security.
Our Privacy Policy and Data Protection Policy explain how we collect, use, and protect your information.
By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, UI design, source code, features, and trademarks belong exclusively to [Qyro Ai].
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform as per your subscription.
You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the software or its components.

Third-Party Services

Our software integrates with third-party services like WhatsApp (Meta), Google Sheets, Shopify, etc.
We are not responsible for the reliability, uptime, or policy changes of these third-party providers.
Your use of those integrations is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from the use of our services.
  • We are not responsible for WhatsApp bans, API restrictions, or message failures caused by Meta or telecom providers.

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last billing cycle.

Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms or WhatsApp policies
  • You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Payment fails or remains unpaid beyond due date

Termination does not entitle you to any refund or compensation.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qyro Ai, its employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising due to:

  • Misuse of our services
  • Violation of these Terms

Non-compliance with WhatsApp or Meta policies

Modifications to Service

We may modify, update, or discontinue any feature or pricing structure at any time, with or without notice.
Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State, India].
